What We Built

An automated inventory monitoring system that tracks stock levels in real-time, generates reorder alerts at custom thresholds, and drafts purchase orders for manager approval.

How fast is delivery?
Most tasks are completed within one business week. Because we work through requests one at a time, clients typically receive several completed tasks per month depending on complexity. Throughput is continuous — as soon as one task ships, the next one starts.
What counts as one request?
A request is a clearly defined unit of work with one concrete output, completable in approximately one week. Not an open-ended project. If you describe a problem in plain English and the result is a working automation or tool, that's one request.
What if I don't like what you built?
One round of revision is included on every delivery. Describe what needs to change and we'll adjust until it works for your workflow.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Pause anytime, resume when you're ready. Billing pauses too. No penalty, no questions asked.
What tools and platforms do you work with?
We work with whatever your store uses — POS systems, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, custom databases, and more. If it has an API, we can connect to it.
